If the product is not yet dispatched, the customer can ask for refund and it will be processed within 2-3 working days
If the Order is dispatched
Products can only be returned if:
1. The package has been altered or damaged during transit.
2. If wrong items were delivered against your order.
3. Unacceptable delay in delivering the order
